I write this open letter to you further to your e-mails of the 12th and 16th of March, which threaten me with a groundless criminal prosecution for talking about the sexual harassment that Rosemarie Corscadden suffered at the hands of the tormentors at Crédit Agricole.

The private equity firm in question.
As such I will regard your accusations as an unfounded attempt to silence critics of a private equity firm that has just handed out £45 million in bonuses, despite having to be bailed out by emergency cash from the French government. Sexual harassment is something that should not be tolerated under any circumstances. Crédit Agricole should understand that be it New York or London, the perpetrators need to be brought to justice and not rewarded with bumper payouts.
Yours very truly,
Mary Honeyball MEP
