That so many mediocre ones that make far bigger gaffes than deficit/debt and have steered us into the financial mess we’re in now have got to the top is proof if ever it was needed that we are not part of a meritocracy but part of a menitocracy. No more boom and bust wasn’t a female quote I believe?
