She obviously means it is in Germany’s interests.

We are rapidly reaching the “every country for itself” stage – the “one size fits all” straightjacket is making collapse almost inevitable.

But hey – the EU has a 2% budget increase! A 10% reduction wouldn’t have been unreasonable. I haven’t had a pay rise for 3 years!
