Re the Tories seeking to restore key EU powers to Britain, this is indeed false advertising. Since they will not be able to do this, you could almost accuse them of telling untruths. Also, since Labour has provided millions of extra pounds to the NHS, cutting waiting lsists and building many new hospitals (to name but two things), the health service is hardly a problem.
