The big question is to know why the international community is moving so slow to arrest and condamne the criminal in the Congo. The people who are leading these crime are alive, working everywhere. Why the international community does not arrest , Bosco Ntaganda, nor Juge Laurent Nkunda? As long as some of these leaders are still free, it will be hard to end the rape in the congo.

Tons of paper have been produced for recommendations and sets of guidelines on how to tackle sexual violence. Unfortunatelly, there has not been enough action to prevent SV, protect and help the victims.
